★★★★★ Excellent App for taxi booking and tracking. Taxi arrived in just a few minutes

★★★★★ Great app. Currently, the departing address only allows GPS destination. It would be handy to have the ability to manually set departing address. This was being handy for planning trips ahead.

★★★★★ VIP SERVICE CAB 62, DRIVER NAME HASSAN 1. Came on time on Jervois steak house 2. Open doors 3. Offer facilities like chargers 4. Very high-end luxury Toyota Camry signature class 5. Car smelled good and was spotless You guys need drivers like him. What a VIP EXPERIENCE = Very high-end service

★★☆☆☆ Slow to load, not all drivers are familiar with it. Not clear how you get a tax invoice. Recommend phoning rather than using app and Uber's app is far superior.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to book a cab for the morning to go to the airport. Couldn't change any of the settings after selecting the book later screen, and tried three times to set a pickup but failed with no reason given. Gave up and used Uber instead.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to use the app to pre-book a taxi (which the app gives the impression you can do). It did not. Instead, it just started searching for a taxi near the time I indicated I needed it. Totally useless feature. If I wanted to do things that way, I would have just tried to book when needed. It also offers price estimates only. There are other apps which offer much greater certainty on price and availability. Deleting this pointless app.

★★☆☆☆ I couldn't even sign up. I have a hyphenated name and the app can't deal with that so that's one app I won't be using.
