I had the same great driver tonight. I am probably spelling his name wrong but Inars from Latvia... the greatest in the world. I love the service from Bob's taxi but this one man is the best. If you want honest conversation... this is your man.

I ordered a cab on the app today as I do very often. Using my own personal info. Only to watch the cab pull up, pick up the first people who approached him without due diligence in regard to who his customer was ... I had even showed him the booking with all his info, my name etc. When I spoke with dispatch about this, I received no apology, and a lackluster response in regard to blocking that car# from my account. I've avoided Uber as to support local business, until now! If 0/5 was possible ...

The app crashes before it even opens. Not only is bobs taxi the worst cab company I've ever dealt with, they have the worst app I've ever seen. Why did you switch from one local... to save a buck I'd assume? I'd give -5 stars if possible.

I tried multiple times to register, but it just wouldn't work. Sign in by Facebook was disabled and no confirmation code was ever sent when trying to register by email despite several attempts. I don't know if the app works or not, I couldn't get that far.

So when you book a car it just stays on "searching" forever. From the words of the incredibly rude dispatcher that's currently working there "booking in advance just adds you to the queue at that time" Essentially this app is useless just like their dispatcher. Luckily I had an awesome driver that justest got me to the airport in time. Gave that guy a big tip. But this app is trash and Bobs Taxis dispatcher is possibly the rudest person I've talked to in a service industry
