Customer support is fast. Just that. I wanted to close the account, and I was slapped with a 4 years dormant account fee which was never implied nor suggested when I opened the account 4 years ago when the app was called papaya. The account doesn't show debt, and you are not reminded in any case or circumstance. After legals threats, eventually they let me close without having to pay, but the debt is accrued to a new account if I wanted a new one. I'm still scared they might pull another scam.

Registration was cumbersome, but eventually worked out. I love that I can choose my own name on the card, this means a lot to me. However, what I very much don't like, is the fact that card payments often disappear from the history. I like to keep track of my expenses, and I need to have proof of payment to declare work expenses, so this is very unhandy. Support says that this is because of processing time, but similar apps like Revolut and N26 do not have this issue.

Not a serious company, they won't even notify you that your registration has been denied from the process. Also go look for their reviews on Trustpilot, goes to show that they are just trying to scam people who have more high balance account. Their ways or registration also asks too much information that isn't needed nor necessary.
