Initial account functionality appeared satisfactory; however, upon account activation, access was subsequently restricted. Upon regaining access, the account balance reflected a zero balance. Customer support is fast. Just that. I wanted to close the account, and I was slapped with a 4 years dormant account fee which was never implied nor suggested when I opened the account 4 years ago when the app was called papaya. The account doesn't show debt, and you are not reminded in any case or circumstance. After legals threats, eventually they let me close without having to pay, but the debt is accrued to a new account if I wanted a new one. I'm still scared they might pull another scam.
