★★★★★ Good service with good support! Got the card quite fast

★★☆☆☆ Contradicting Information On your Website, In IBAN Section you mention Service Available To non Residents/Citizens of Europe except for Debit Card, While in FAQ Section you mention Customer to pass KYC Must be Citizen of Europe Or Provide Proof of Residence within Europe.

★★☆☆☆ Problems with verification. When you finally get verified (chat and support was helpful) there is hidden fee that is not showed in price list with only one goal to financially harm you. Unreliable, always some problems with cashback or crypto service. Unreliable and unethical business practice.

★★☆☆☆ Croatian Geek Fraud, infiltrated on Malta, one among the many geek money changers, down with technological arsonists 🔻💠

★★☆☆☆ Very poor service unable to receive sms confirmation code for over one week, Customer service not doing anything about it, keep getting empty promise that they will fix it soon but never doing anything about it. Causing my money to be locked up, bad service

★★☆☆☆ Papaya ltd is the worst company. They refused many applications for me to have a blackcatcard account and this bank too, without any explanation. If you don't accept people outside EU, just don't let them register in the fiest place! Why you waste people time! Even the registration system is the worst, my worst experience ever.
