Very poor service unable to receive sms confirmation code for over one week, Customer service not doing anything about it, keep getting empty promise that they will fix it soon but never doing anything about it. Causing my money to be locked up, bad service

Papaya ltd is the worst company. They refused many applications for me to have a blackcatcard account and this bank too, without any explanation. If you don't accept people outside EU, just don't let them register in the fiest place! Why you waste people time! Even the registration system is the worst, my worst experience ever.
