To send a parcel 1) Make a booking 2) Drop off the parcel at your selected bluPort Your parcel will be delivered to your recipient in no time.

[Edit] I complained about blu's customer service and they did reach out to me to answer my queries. 5 stars for that(: But it'll be great if Blu could update the app to include in-app helplines. Or at least have note on the email contact. Also to improve ux the box dimensions and postage fee should be stated upfront! Its a hassle to click all the way to the end and then realise you've insufficient funds due to the wrong box dimensions

Great app with lots of convenience. Didn't need to spend time to arrange a meeting anymore when buying something on carousell. Best part is there's a blu locker near my home and collection was done in less than 10 seconds! Seems like I'll be using this app a lot more in future 👍👍

Went to the station to retrieve my parcel only to realise that I need a "BluCode" to unlock it. In no way was I given any code via SMS or anything. Tried calling the number provided on the physical machine and was hung up on twice by their robot Only after i downloaded this app and created an account with them was I able to retrieve my parcel There is really no need for an account for a courier service. All I want to do is to retrieve my parcel. Everything was just way too much of a hassle

Tried to send a parcel and it says "please choose another origin bluPort". Advertisement was so misleading when it made it look easy. No explanation why the origin bluPort cannot be selected.

I've been trying to sign up for the app & it keep asking me to put in the 6 digits OTP but it didn't give the message for the digits.Kept requesting for new OTP but still didn't receive any messages

As mentioned by some users, trying to send hit issue during app registration & while at the blu locker, it keep saying code not valid. Pls look at the system improvements fast will lose more customers in using the blu locker.
