Unfortunate The app crashes each time it opens. BFL is a great lifestyle fitness program, but this app will not open.

App will not even open. I just get a message that is has Stopped. I have installed it and tried to use it on our Note 4, Samsung. 6, and 2 tablets. It does work on any device. Is there a solution?
