I purchased a 30-day pass. I did not receive the pass. When I called the helpline they told me the driver will let me in, but he didn't listen to me. He told me he has to keep moving & laughed when I tried to understand my situation. Very humiliating. Just never buy a pass again from the app.

The app wouldn't accept my card before I got on the bus, and I ended up having to retry the app 4 times and waiting an hour in the morning for another bus to come because I ended up missing the original bus needed. It's a lot of fun waiting around at 5am in sketchy Ville.
