★★★★★ I really enjoyed using this app. It's very good and useful for anyone visiting Budapest with a smartphone. It's a must-download! The only issue is that sometimes it has trouble detecting the QR code to validate the ticket. Overall, it's a great app.

★★★★★ I am getting a 403 error for each operation l try to do using mobile data (Wi-Fi works perfectly) - Therefore the app is practically unusable, as I don't have Wi-Fi access when boarding the Metro/Buses. Edit: Seems to be already fixed, thank you!

★★☆☆☆ Pure tourist scam. Allows you to buy multiple (group) tickets but when you validate it validates only one, so that in a possible control the rest of the group will be fined for not having a valid ticket!!!. If you buy 5 tickets to board a bus (though you've bought them together) you have to validate each by scanning the QR code at the bus door 5 times. BTW by the time you do that the bus is gone. Purely designed so, so unaware tourists can be fined. It's a disgrace!!

★★☆☆☆ Terrible design as you can only validate outside the tram (our tram drove off before we even had time to do it). Buy a paper ticket instead, and you can validate inside the tram. Be careful out there, public transport in Budapest is not tourist friendly like other cities. Stick to paper tickets and ditch the app.
