Couldn't book an appointment in the app as it wouldn't perform verification (not failed as in poor photo, but just reset process). Had to do through website. Got appointment and call volume was barely above a whisper and the camera alignment is weird (had to point camera at chin to see my face in video). Babylon worked a lot better.

Just doesn't work. Can't login with my bupa details and create an account leads to a blank screen. Ended up just using the bupa website to set up an appointment. But now im unsure where appt outcomes will go. The old app was far superior
