If you are having the "upgrade" issue with the app, you have two versions of the app on your phone. Uninstall all versions and download the app again from the Play store, and it should fix the issue. Just did this and it fixed it.

Works well and calls go through almost perfectly, the only thing I want though is the option to block callers from the app because these robot callers are ridiculous

The opposite of helpful. My customers are waiting for callbacks, and I can't even get into the app. Not good for my business. How do I even explain this to my customers if I can't even call them

The app’s lack of flexibility is frustrating. I need a toggle to forward office calls to my phone only when I’m away. Currently, every call rings both lines simultaneously, draining my battery and causing me to miss vital business. A representative suggested logging out and in daily as a "fix," but that is incredibly inconvenient. I’m unfortunately locked into a two-year contract, but after switching to Verizon for their reputation, I’m deeply disappointed with the service.
