Comments on Business Digital MobileConnect for Android

★★★★☆ A Google user · Aug 7, 2023

Works well and calls go through almost perfectly, the only thing I want though is the option to block callers from the app because these robot callers are ridiculous

★★★★★ Venus David · May 9, 2023

The app constantly logs you out, the update does not work, and you can only use the app if you go through the app store. Super frustrating and highly inefficient. UPDATE: IT'S FIXED

★★★★★ Tara Brott · May 9, 2023

If you are having the "upgrade" issue with the app, you have two versions of the app on your phone. Uninstall all versions and download the app again from the Play store, and it should fix the issue. Just did this and it fixed it.

★☆☆☆☆ Miso Moni · May 14, 2025

I've suddenly been losing my calls with customers yet seeing I'm still connected. On some calls the connection fades and returns with no consistency. I'm sitting at my desk, router next to me, tried swapping Bluetooth earpieces - doesn't matter. Came to play store to see if there was an update, nope. Something has happened recently, need a fix release pls! Thx. Otherwise, it's been great.

★☆☆☆☆ Apurva Patel · Feb 27, 2026

The app’s lack of flexibility is frustrating. I need a toggle to forward office calls to my phone only when I’m away. Currently, every call rings both lines simultaneously, draining my battery and causing me to miss vital business. A representative suggested logging out and in daily as a "fix," but that is incredibly inconvenient. I’m unfortunately locked into a two-year contract, but after switching to Verizon for their reputation, I’m deeply disappointed with the service.
