Purchased a CP plus Dashcam with GPS recently. The dashcam works well, but the CarKey app doesn't seem to be working as expected. Whenever I open the app it says no device found, even when I have 4g active and connected to the device Wi-Fi. This keeps happening every time I open the app. I have to continuously close and open the app on hopes that it finds the dashcam. This is very frustrating and what's the use of the dashcam if I can't view the recorded video when in need. Please fix this ASAP

Worst dashcam app. Regret buying this. Don't know why this app needs an internet connection whenever we want to connect with camera and fetch the recording. I am not even able to use the dash camera when I am in basement.
