One of the best case management software for solo lawyers. Please add UPI option for accepting payments for Indian users. Plus invoice options you provide do not support Indian users anymore. Need more integrations.

The app keeps giving failed to fetch errors at login. The website also failed. It seems this company is only producing AI generated content posts and not actually a functional product anymore.

App is poor and not needed. Wanted more. I love case fox. But this app is very poor and extremely limited. The website is usually awkward to view via a mobile browser. I was hoping the app would be a full functioning version of the website. Unfortunately it is not. It's mostly for viewing, and it's better to just go to the website. So if the app doesn't increase the user experience then it is not needed. Lesson one of app dev.

Great website, awful app Despite numerous updates, this app is still pretty much useless except to check already existing information. Various bugs continue to prevent making time entries directly in the app. The app doesn't even have a direct way to submit complaints about issues.

Doesn't allow me to save billed time. Not sure how it's working for others, but when I try to enter my time billed, the save button doesn't work. HTC one m9.
