Raising to 4 stars due to them getting the issue resolved very quickly. App is now working again as it did previously. Update 2023 - performed the update as instructed for security. After this I only see manilla square where the bus tracking used to be. Other than knowing how many stops are left I actually performed a downgrade. Disappointing 😞

Awesome idea! Now I can track my child's school bus in real time the same way I can track an Uber ride. All the information about the pick-up and drop-off it's there, also any delay because you receive ETA live.

Keeps it easy when having to know if bus came or not. But isn't always accurate, and sometimes it's already saying it came then you get all the way by the house and bus ends up driving past n now we missed it after it said it came. And hopefully soon they'll be able to tell who is actually on each bus that way there's no guessing if our kids are on it

This app sucks, never works but maybe 10% of the time. 90% of the time it either says waiting to identify bus or the arrival time is way off. This app has caused my child to be late to school a few times. How much of our tax money is the school district wasting on this app? This needs to be scrapped from the budget and the money needs to be allocated to something more productive and beneficial

Easily stalk a child! It takes very little information to get tracking info on any child in the school district. I don't understand how this got implemented.
