I have experienced the worst service ever. Working from home with a CG NET is a pain. Everything was fine until the support was needed. The staff will not even reply on time. It took 4 hours to renew my internet. Also, I had an internet issue, they took 24 hours to resolve it. The service team had only one thing to say, we have informed the concerned team, they will fix it. Please improve your customer service facility.
