Can't even open it. User name always invalid even if I'm using my username and password, am so disappointed this time, I have been using cg net from long time but this time I think I'm going to change it

Not satisfy with survive and very slow Wi-Fi connection a lot of time Wi-Fi disconnect automatically and have very slow internet issues so my recommend is not to use this network for daily life and work

Worst internet service provider I've used. I'm on a 75 Mbps plan, but the speed drops to kbps just 5-10 meters away from the router. Every time I call customer support, the only advice I get is, "Stay closer to the router." What am I supposed to do? Hang the router around my neck so the internet works properly? My advice even if it costs a little more, go with another ISP. Paying extra for a stable connection is far better than paying for speeds you never actually get
