Horrible on battery life Good app but horrible on battery life. HTC Evo. Phone runs 8+ hours without live help, with live help running and NO chats all day phone lasts 3-4 hours at best.

Caused a bug It caused a bug with my live chat which causes it to always show online no matter what they do it won't change. We are having customers not having their chats answered because nobody is actually logged in.
