I work as an athletic director at a Boy's & Girls Club, and I have processed MANY payments from this app! This app is absolutely NOT fake. Can it be difficult to use ABSOLUTELY. Lowercase pass and email. AND IF THE APP DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO LOG IN I have had success going to the chekspend website, go to log in page and click forgot password, it will send a link, change password and then log on using that password with in the app.

Correction: this is real. I was able to finally get help. My digital card worked and my kid got to play. He was so happy. No one ever responded to my emails nor do they answer their phones at Every Kid Sports. I even sent then a direct message on IG and there was no response. This seems like a scheme or a scam to me too.

This is the worst...needed to download to receive grant money and nothing. Followed instructions to download and setup and haven't been able to log in. Have emailed multiple times and nothing. Did a forgot password option and just get a reply email to click for password reset that takes you back to email stating to click to reset. I finally get an email saying to update app, and now I have 2 icons for Chek that don't work...looks like the money will sit there unused until complaints are heard

Hey everyone I figured out how to get the money off the card hopefully this help everyone like it helped me. Make sure EVERYTHING is LOWERCASE email, and password! Mines worked, and I really hope this works for you guys and the other parents! And yes this app does suck and no one responds!

The lower case didn't work for me, I had to go to their actual website - login from there, click forgot password, wait for the email, reset the password and then login on the app. 😑 This app sucks.
