Worst app ever I have seen in my life. Their will be no transaction history. Their will be no pending amount if we want any history we need to visit the bank. If we visit the bank then what this app for?. Customer care support and their branch employees are toooooooooo worst the kind of response they give for. The one and only suggestion for new people is don't go to Chola in any kind of loan the interests are very high. The charges are too high. On top of that bonus is kind of disrespect you get.

I'm existing customer since last more than 11 years, but some few months, there are issues on this CHOLA LAP APP., it's not open up, if in good scenario app open, then after I give my mobile number, it shows I'm not its regular customer. I called many times, but they didn't sure answer for it, even they didn't care about solve it. I'm a customer of snow age banking financial institute. And nowadays, government of india is pushing for online transaction. How is it possible??

Terrible service. They do not provide any straight answer hiding behind name of company rules. Even this app is shabby and won't work for any useful thing.
