Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a mobile app that's as easy-to-use as our washing machines and dryers! The Circuit Laundry app lets you top up your Circuit app account* in seconds, and then you're good to go... just turn up at your nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, scan a machine's QR code and select the programme you want to start - job done! Your credit will be adjusted automatically so you'll always have your circuit account balance to hand. No need to stay and watch your washing.

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a countdown** that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

* Please note that your Circuit app account is separate to your laundry card account you access from the Circuit website. If you haven’t used the Circuit app before you will need to sign up separately on the app. Balances from your laundry card cannot be transferred to your Circuit app account and vice versa.

**The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G, 4G or 5G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines - and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes. As long as you're connected, you can see how long is left on your chosen cycle and get on with other things instead of waiting in the launderette.

You accept that you have a non-exclusive licence to use the app. You agree not to copy the app or infringe our intellectual property rights in the app.

The minimum amount of top-up credit you can buy is £5.00. Your payment will be processed through a Payment Provider and Circuit will not hold any card details.

You can apply for a refund of part-used top-up credit by emailing us at apprefund@circuit.co.uk with details of registered email address, the date of the in-App purchase, the amount of credit purchased, and the amount of credit to be refunded. No refund will be given on balances of less than £5.00. Refunds will incur an administration charge of £3.00, which will be deducted directly from the refund value. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the purchase. No refund will be processed for any free credit or voucher top ups.
