The app crashes every time I try to view the wash/dry status.

My biggest complaint is whenever I tap the button to check machine status, the app crashes. Notwithstanding the fact I need to now rely on my phone's timer to keep track of the cycle, it's particularly challenging in situations when the machine aborts & you have no idea until you return to collect laundry. This has been ongoing more than a year & there's no update made available yet to fix it. The chat team however are generally responsive in situations when the machines don't work at all.

Sorry to everyone else who has to use this terrible app in their dorms. The only thing you can do is top up funds, forget checking the status of the machines because that will immediately crash the app. Some of my friends can't even top up funds. Chat service offers no help, told me to delete and redownload app only for the same problem to persist. My only question for Circuit is how can you have this awful of an app when you are charging students a premium for laundry? So disappointing.
