Great app, only feels like it's missing the ability to review/leave a comment for restaurant and other customers. Some brilliant restaurants and businesses on here that probably don't get as much attention as they should, and I'd love to be able to leave comments to reflect that appreciation.

Both the app and the service are absolutely excellent. This has become one of my most used apps. Fantastic way to get wonderful food really safely and support local businesses. And so far not had a single issue - the app works well and everything arrives within the time predicted.

Works ok if the shop has a small item list. Eg, 24/7 Spar B' Lane, has a big list, Bananas are the last on there list, and it takes an age to get to them. A subsection of things is needed which was one of the old one app and needs to be on this one.

Since the latest app update everything is working as it should, delivery price are the higher end of average but the at least the local drivers are making a fair wage and delivery is reliable. A good choice of restaurants and a delivery radius far further than anyone else I've seen.

Seemed to work well until the order didn't go through, and the app ended up charging me twice for an order that said it had failed. It is impossible to get hold of customer service, so now I'm out £60 for food that I didn't receive or want. Would not use, despite strong range of restaurants. Edited to add: the email address in the app for customer service is also the wrong address, look on their website to find one that doesn't bounce back

App will often fail to take a payment. There's no way to complain inside the app, you can't share a menu with others and there's no contact details for each place. It's a good idea and the food places are great, but it needs updating, so it works better.... plus delivery charges are extortionate
