I had accidentally used to many tokens or something like that, I called the clear token, and they saw my error and fixed it immediately. The second they had an option to text them! I had changed my cell number, they asked if I knew that number since it had been years since I did and years since I had used the laundromat, but I knew that I should still have credit available. Within a few hours they had found my account and transferred them to my newer #. Wow that is Awesome service!!!

I've used this app for one RV park and another app for a different RV park. And this one is hands down better than the other brand. I refuse to ever stay at the other park, and it was nice. Just because of their laundry app. This one had the option between the app or quarters. And I never had any problems.

GREAT until I change my number. I had to change my phone number for a reason not anything. I was able to contact them fairly easy and have them transfer funds to my new number. However, when I tried to install my new number the app would not let me. I uninstalled it, then try to install it once again several days and weeks later, and it still brings up my old number. Without allowing me to change it?

Absolutely terrible UI, you can't even add funds from the app. Never seems to connect to the laundry machine either. Worst laundry app I've ever used.

This app is a scam!!! I had to use it while staying at a hotel. It cost me $10 to add the "minimum funds" - I was only doing 1 load of laundry! If your washer requires this app, save yourself some money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Can't add funds because the menu bar is too high on my phone and I can't click on it. Need it to wash clothes at my Apt.
