Doesn't work anymore. The Defender dvr I bought a couple of years ago is still working fine, and the cameras are still working great, but it is useless to me without the ability to see it online. Extremely disappointed in this company. I would not have bought this product in the first place if I'd have known the app and web plugin would become obsolete and non-functional within mere months of purchase. Unbelievable rip off. Complete failure to provide a working product as sold to me. This should be against the law and report to BBB
