The app is easy to use and has a good selection of restaurants and when an order goes as planned works well. However, if you have an issue, there is no help available from Clyde Eats and you are relying on the takeaway fixing it and there is no way to report an issue with the takeaway. The option to add a review and to have some support from Clyde Eats would make the app a lot better.

Good idea but there is no way to cancel once an order has been accepted, no way to leave reviews, my food took over two hours to arrive when the app said it should be 70 mins, once ordered that changed to two hours, and I couldn't cancel, the restaurants portions where small for the price and all in all it was an unpleasant experience sadly and a waste of almost £13 on my part
