*Edit The app does perform better, but it took a teller giving me more info than the Tech support could give me to resolve the issue. It still has an occasional hiccup but works a lot better. For about a month now, I have had to reinstall the app once or twice a week just to do everyday functions.

Starting today, I noticed that the app will not pull up the login screen. I get a blue screen with the official app icon on the top and basically nothing else. I can't check my account right now. Already restarted the phone with no luck. If someone could please look into this, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you! :)

I have to uninstall and reinstall this stupid app every time I want to check my bank account.

Every time I try to use the mobile app, I have to uninstall, reinstall, fill out all the info again, and then hope it will work. After 20+ years of banking with CNB, I will be changing banks. This is not good customer service, nor is it acceptable!!!
