The app works great. Anytime I've had an issue with a product it's solved quickly. Items usually arrive on time. It's easy to check my account.

Amazon is amazing. I can't remember how many items I have ordered through this app... and it has never been delayed. Also, customer service is easy to reach.

This APP has always been very pleasant to utilize. L've always had good luck finding what l need with no problems. Well, on~the~other~hand, I do have 2 huge & major problems, almost every time when using this APP!!! 1st and foremost, There's so many fantastic things to browse through and purchase! L just can't stop looking and saving products to be purchased later or in the future! Therefore,; l just see one thing after the other that l love and can't stop myself! 2nd, l spend TOO MUCH!!! (LOL)

Well, first, all of a sudden they do not deliver but only through the mail, USPS!! They hike up the prices on things that you order a lot, they tell you a product is in stock and AFTER your purchase is made, they send an email that says" we will email you with estimated delivery date", and I am a prime member!! I have something coming today, and then I am going back to in store shopping AND getting rid of Prime!!!!! Take note Amazon we will all leave you eventually....you have gotten too rude!!

I used to like shopping on Amazon, and it was the best shopping app, but not anymore. I bought something which was free delivery and free return, but when I asked to return it they send me a label that I would pay for it. The return was around £11. After a call with them, they asked to call again after I got the refund for the item and refused to solve it directly. thanks, Amazon, for this big change to the worst.
