Used to be pretty good, but now everything is cheap Chinese garbage from fake companies with gobbledygook names. They price hike you for prime without telling you while at the same time adding commercials to the shows you used to watch without them but tell you can pay 3 dollars to remove commercials, which I think is now $5 so don't count on that staying $5 extra. Prime deliveries are always late these days even though you pay extra for overnight delivery. Eithe AI customer service or oversea

Had to change from 5 stars to 1 after Amazon won't let me return a Simpson pressure washer that was sold under false pretense / false advertising claims, as the machine claims and is labeled as a 3400 psi but is actually a 2400psi machine. Corruption in big business and industry against consumers is standard. The prime shipping quoting 1-2 days but every other item is delayed an extra 1–3 days. The cheap Chinese parts with no quality control and a new name every week to keep pushing them. AT emu

Not happy with amazon when ever I leave an honest negative review for a seller which reflects how I feel and how sellers let customers down by not delivering package for weeks upon weeks I have noticed amazon don't post my honest review they seem to side with sellers and protect them and not give priority to their customers who spend thousands of pounds on amazon I think I will quit online shopping very soon if customers satisfaction doesn't matter any longer to amazon don't care about customer
