New Alexa for shopping AI feature is awful. Any search you make automatically pulls up an AI rather the search results. And it takes forever to load, and you have to click a separate button to see the real search results. And you can not disable this feature. Needs to be removed now

Horrible, this app is totally useless, and they force you to download it to pick up from lockers. It's glitchy and doesn't work right and when you tell them the pretend it's your fault and tell you to download it over and over. None of this should be necessary. Put a code box on the locker and send people a code in our email. THAT is EASY. But nooo, Amazon wants to be totally incompetent and waste people's time.
