I have used this app for a while problem after a while it stops letting you answer.locking the number is temporary at best charges for voicemail recovery, and you can't use it as a real number no getting codes to help get into Google etc...gotta pay to see those.can't use for bank account it's a b.s. number.otherwise works great for temporary use.

Of course, I would this great to use if you get stuck somewhere And say if you didn't pay your phone bill, and you're stuck somewhere this works to have in a situation where you get internet signal that way it doesn't become problem for so yeah I'd say Text Now comes in handy it's like an option 2 to make call when you really need to make one

My experience through Text Now was good for four years until they asked me to pay a lock in number, they send me a sim card, would get unlimited talk, text and data for one month each month for a set price of $2.99 each month. Never sent me a sim card. Charged my card 9 times in two months. Had to block them because even after telling them that I broke my phone, couldn't use it they chose to continue to charge me. You owe me 4 months+a sim card, let me have my locked # please.

Couldn't confirm I'm a real person lol. I've tried the selfie method it has to confirm I'm a real person, and it keeps falling to confirm lol. I've tried standing with different backgrounds and even changing my hair. Guess I can't use the app lol

I've been using text now as a secondary or main number for 8+ years now and I swore by this app. Unfortunately over this past year I have been kicked out of 4 different phone numbers which they disabled with no clear definitive reason. Which in turn has caused me to lose contacts, and given I use my phone for my job in losing my phone number I lost contact with my employers which has caused my loss of employment. I just recently had to open a new text now and im kicked out of that number.
