I'll tell you what King Tutt is the way to go. He doesn't speak Spanish, but he understands everything with his heart. I'm going to bring all my family and friends to meet him. I'll translate. Not once but twice I locked my key fob in my Tahoe after golfing when in a hurry! To! Go to the clubhouse to settle our bets. Thankfully I remembered that I have my Chevy app and knew I could unlock my vehicle all in due time! Thx Chevy!

Unable to install app on new phone. Type in password keeps sending me verification codes to email to authorize it's me. Type in code and gets me nowhere. Back to log in and back to email authorization code type in code and back to sign in to type in password and back to email verification code. Did this 15 dam times. oh and also reset my password 5 times and STILL Can't LOG IN! FIX THE DAM APP AND MAKE USER FRIENDLY. 1 time authorization code to prove it's me and should automatically log me in!!

Terrible experience always logs me out and takes forever or a call to them to resolve. 2-factor authentication says code is not valid. Once one is accepted it takes you back to login page. Worthless app. Takes too long to do any commands to vehicle when it does work. Zero stars as far as ease of use especially when it keeps logging me out.
