I love my Traverse, but it has been my achilles heel. In the shop @ 3000 miles, crack in fuel line. Techs stated, I could be responsible. I bought it brand new, 5 miles. Obviously wasn't. Front grill is not very durable. Passing car clipped a cone, hit the Traverse. Black grill cracked in numerous places. Total cost $6000. Month in shop. Lawn mower pitched a rock, fractured R quarter window, almost $400, 2wks wait time. All before it's 1yr anniversary with me. Plus side - roomy, great ride!

The app is awesome except one thing. It would be cool if the on button would stay highlighted when the vehicle is on. Also the locked button should stay highlighted when the vehicle is locked. Toyota app works that way.

Money grab from Chevy. Onstar just raised their prices again. If you don't pay the vig you can't remotely start your car or use your built-in navigation. Classic extortion tactics just like the mob uses. Pay us or else. 75k for a truck but still have to pay a monthly fee to use all the features. My next vehicle will NOT be a Chevy. Oh all that paying, and the app is glitchy and never works right.

Makes me sign in, and gives me a code. I put the code in to log on, and it sends me back to the log in screen to do it all over again. I can not get into this app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. I have cleaned the cache, and cookies. I do not know what else to do. It would be nice to see my mileage because I work with my car, but god forbid Chevrolet's digital team fix a problem to these issues. I am sick of being told it's my phone or my internet. I have tried different places of internet. 🙄
