My payment method disappeared out of the blue without even taking an action on the app. I used to buy tickets often via the App, but now I can't do this anymore because the payment method disappeared and says Invalid Client I'd. Too bad!

Very very very bad app! I registered and bought a ticket for 63 euros, and the processing time was more than 8 hours at least till now I haven't got my ticket!! I had to buy a single ticket for 15 euros at the train station. PLUS!! The costumer support doesn't even speak a word in english!! Zero help !!! Because of them I paid €78 for 23 km !! Do you live in a cocoon and not expect to have tourists or foreigners in your country?! What a jungle

I cannot figure out how to input BOTH the start and the destination points. The (mis)app offers just one input box. The worst UX
