It's shutting all contents within a few seconds automatically since yesterday. This office app had all of its functionality stripped away. It's now nothing more than the ChatGPT chat interface, with absolutely no functionality.

I used to like it when it was just a document opener and used to open every document file. Be it PPT, word, excel or PDF. Now it's just an AI chatbot and have to install 4 separate apps to open different documents.

This is the worst app update ever. Instead of opening Word and Excel documents normally, it now forces Copilot chat open. It is incredibly frustrating and difficult to get from the AI screen to actually viewing a file. Microsoft made it so hard to open their own formats that I have to switch to alternative apps just to view my files, even though I pay for a subscription. Terrible design choice.
