UPD: you say you'd never sell a ticket for the bus that doesn't exist — but in fact you did. Order number BB45915133. This bus never happened. And I only got a part of my money as a refund. The supports work just to prove they did everything right, not to support you. If you buy the bus ticket on onetwotrip, and it turns out that the bus doesn't exist you'll only get your money back partly, and support will say there is no reason to give it back to you. Jfyi

Cannot make a cancellation of my flight reservation. Sent request 1 week ago, they say that I can wait 48 hours for support, but still the silence. I think this like a scam - they just take your money and don't give them back. And I have no money and no service. 1.5 month has been passed - still no money back and no responce... :(If you don't have enough money to hire enough support team members, maybe you should go from the market? Please. But before return my money
