Order not delivered but Lieferando doesn't want to refund. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Good until you have a problem. They don't help you at all.

When there is a problem with the delivery, the only help received from Lieferando's team is to tell me to contact directly the restaurant, and they wash their hands about the food not being received. Really bad support.
