Just bought a roundtrip ticket finished everything pay via mbway no issues then I saw that I choose the wrong return train changed my trip pick up the right return train the app preform the return of the difference of the price and I have the ticket sent to WhatsApp and on my email so no issues everything is working absolutely fine. 5*!!!

I purchased a ticket on this app the night before my travel and had to close the app, when I reopened the app my ticket could not be recovered and no receipt was sent to my email either, the money was still taken though. Use the Omio app if you need to purchase bus or train tickets in Portugal much better. This app is only good for checking specific Portuguese timetables and learning the names of the stations in Portugal, do not create an account or purchase tickets on this app.

I tried to validate the ticket on the train with this app but the conductor did not accept it. Had to buy another ticket

Managed to log with difficulty, because browser session isn't persisted, which means the verification code page disappears when getting it from the email app. Doesn't store passenger data correctly and assumes Portuguese country code for phone number even if a different one was selected in user preferences. Doesn't accept valid ID card numbers and thus bookings cannot be completed. This is a disgrace and a massive downgrade to the previous app.
