We are using the COMMaffaires services at work and I have to rely on this app every day. We have made several calls to customer services reporting issues and bugs about this app and the response has been "we are updating the app as we speak, a release is coming soon" (weeks ago), "well, why won't you use a iPhone instead", etc. The app won't allow me to stay logged in as soon as go out of the app (to copy a phone number from an email, for example). Entering the wrong password 3x will lock you out

If you are thinking about getting TIPN telephones using this app: you'll experience bugs daily with the app and the phone system, you'll get very little support, and when you do get someone to look into a problem, you'll never get any feedback unless you ask for it. Basically, you'll be a guinea pig. We are coming to regret our decision. Keep missing calls because the app doesn't react quickly enough. Takes 2 or 3 rings before the "answer" button shows up. **Still unstable after 2 years.
