No problems I mailed 5 photos to try this app out my loved one received them with no problem i just sent another set of pictures the only problem is it takes longer to receive. If u send the mail urself it gets there quicker. But i personally dont have the time to go print and mail out so id rather use this app instead

It sucks So for the past few weeks I've been emailing the company back and forth to figure out to why I'm not able to upload photos. Which still hasn't not been resolved. They stopped emailing. And 2nd. I wrote a short letter ( if you wanna call it a letter) more like a note , just to see if it actually go through and how long. Yeah well a few weeks later. They still never received it . This crap sucks. You guys just need to remove yourself from the play store. Or get your crap together.

Dissapointed 1st time. Great inmate received pictures in a week. Second time. Two weeks later he hasn't received anything. I emailed the customer service connect inmate. They haven't replied back. I sent some more today. We'll see what happens. Never received. This app is a piece of crap.
