ConnectedControls IoT platform puts appliance performance data in your hands.

Allows you to easily manage all your appliances in a single application. You can assign and manage users for the multiple locations your appliances are installed at. Users see performance details and history for each unit and are quickly notified if an issue arises. Troubleshooting tips are given to users and support links are available when you can’t resolve an issue yourself.

· Troubleshooting tips for quick issue resolution

· Support provider information for additional assistance

· Tracks data from appliance control module

· Tracks additional sensors installed in appliance

· Basic analytics of appliance performance

After purchasing an appliance with a Fenwal ConnectedControls module installed in it, users can install the appliance and utilize this application to connect it to their local Wi-Fi. All appliance data is sent to the cloud and then available to user in the app.

Service providers utilize this application to monitor their customers and provide more detailed and faster responses in the event of issues. Easily manage hundreds of customers and have the ability to focus on the ones that need attention.

Allows the appliance manufactures to better support users with access to appliance data at all site locations.
