It's excellent to control the temperature and turn on the pumps and activate the lights. I wish it would allow you to set the light color and have more than low and high pump speeds. Would recommend. Useful to run the pumps more often and to turn up the heat before you get near the tub.

I brought the Wi-Fi adapted for this unit after the hot tub worked great. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi controller working straight away, so I emailed support. Response was almost immediate, and then I got a call from their team to wal me through it. Real people (nor chatbots) so refreshing to have someone (friendly and helpful) on the other end of the phone. 5 stars for customer service 💪

I am unhappy that CMS refuses to work if I do not give access to pictures and video - scarey! I hope someone fixes that soon! Please notify me if that gets fixed. Initially, CMS was almost always offline, until May 2023. With some short gaps, it seems pretty reliable now 12/2023. 3/2/24 Now works about 90% of the time, (which can be very aggravating when it doesn't).

Great when it works. Too often it doesn't. Goes offline for extended periods of time. Through trial and error, I determined that the problem seems to be the indoor CMS unit. Power cycling prompts it to reconnect again. As a long term fix, I've plugged my indoor CMS unit into a wifi-controlled power outlet, and I set a schedule for the outlet to turn off and back once every night, causing the CMS unit to power cycle. That has kept things working fairly well.

Really struggling with this app and the control my spa set up, constantly being told that the gateway is offline and the system won't connect to the Internet. So far a complete waste of money and time, ive emailed balboa direct and the support email on here for the app, but I have little hope with this being fixed going off previous reviews

Crashes, often won't connect, often has incorrect data about the temperature, etc. of the tub. Often won't change the tub settings even though it says it did and.... even more important, data mines 24/7 in my email, texts, and personnel files. This is a terrible app
