No longer working, Cox doesn't even know it exists. Now I have no control of the smart thermostat

This app is just as bad as Cox Homelike app. Many times, it takes multiple attempts to Change the Thermostats Temperature or even turn it off. It also doesn't always connect even when you Wi-Fi signal is great. If I could change out this system, I would, for the same reason I canceled my Cox Homelike. The Apps are more troublesome and don't work when you need them
