This intuitive app knows the information users need – at the moment they need it - ensuring mission-critical information is always at their fingertips with features including: • Easy-to-read route to the call • Location of other responders and their estimated time of arrival • Instant access to building maps, preplans, hydrants and lists of known on-site chemicals • Access to building contact information including names and phone numbers • Real-time access to call details and incident narrative • Secure communications with dispatch and other responders • Immediate access to incident summary reports New World users empower themselves using CrewForce with the confidence of knowing they won’t ever miss a call or be delayed waiting on others for information.
Recent changes: When upgraded to the 2025.2 version of Enterprise Mobile, if a user is inactivated in Enterprise Security, the user is automatically logged out of the app. The Streetside Widget was enhanced to save the map style option to the user’s roaming profile.

Needs to allow access to location all the time. Is currently only able to allow when app is active, so even though the notification says it's tracking your location, it is not unless you are looking at the app. Also need the radio channel to be wider. Our talk groups are 8 characters and barely displays 1 character. The radio channel is only visible in the call list, when you're not on a call. It is not visible in the call details when you're actually on the call.

Great tool - the only issue is when using to get alerting with an MDT, Crew Force typically tries to override the MDT as Primary AVL- Need a checkbox like Fire Mobile to give the option.

Often does not work properly, and you have to log out and log back it to look at call notes. You get one look at a call, and then you get kicked off. Not a great app for the importance it plays in Emergency Services.

Unstable app. Have tried to use it on several emergencies and has failed to load properly. Also kicks you off, and you have to log back in during the emergency. Completely unreliable. Running the most current version of the app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE PROVIDERS.
