Since I last reviewed the app, the log in process had improved spectacularly earning 5 stars and the fund itself has done well in a rocky year (2026). But the new update now loses a star as voting now causes it to lock up needing a forced closure, pity really. Edit - Well done Dev, the latest update, 14th May fixed the app lock up during voting. Thanks for your extremely prompt replies to my comments. Very impressive 5 stars.

App was good until it got updated to wtw family I can't even open the app, and it freezes on the screen saying we are now part of the WTW family

Installed the app, the login button doesn't do anything. Clicking on "what's an access code" and you can't exit that screen anymore. Reinstalled it 3 times, same thing. I know customer support will reply just contact us on this page, but how about making a functional app that doesn't require us to contact anyone to manage our own account?! And apparently some functionalities like transferring old pensions from other suppliers is only available in the app. Just great.

Absolute Rubbish, tried to set up account and being asked for a mobile number which the app is saying number is not allowed, so I can't log in.

Horribly sloppy and slow customer support, for serious financial matters. Can't believe my company recommended this ISA provider
