★★☆☆☆ I can't log in at all since I downloaded the app. It sends me to my browser, I do the verification there, everything fine (not to mention that logging in the first time was a pain - not recognizing my credentials and had to recover the pass which wasn't really set to begin with... I know, mind-blowing 🤯) but the app is totally useless

★★☆☆☆ Cannot access app. Even though I had set up a mobile phone number, no verification messages come through, and it appears that the number I initially used to set up my account is somehow no longer registered to the account. The result is that I cannot use the app and change any of my account details.

★★☆☆☆ Haven't been able to log in via fingerprint or pin by weeks; it just doesn't load. Doesn't fill you with confidence in a platform that has your cash in it. Shocking. Sort it out, logging in is basic functionality!
