This was terrible before, hence a lot of 1-star reviews, but it's actually decent now and was easy to set up. The old authenticator thing was painful to use. It's still feature limited but much better

This mobile app does not work, with the message "account not found" being shown when you log into it. Online banking is also a pain, with buggy use of authenticator app requiring constant passcode changes.

Useless. App hasn't worked for two weeks, and you can't log in to online banking without authorizing via the app THE SAME APP WHICH DOESN'T WORK. Update 6/5: Emailed synergy on 28/4 and 1/5 and haven't had a response. Will be closing my account ae soon as I can access my money
