Before covid, the service was better. More doctors at reasonable times. Now you're lucky to get a telehealth appointment at 3am, and it's not as viable an option as it once was. I would occasionally get the really cool older male Doctor who was just great, and I always asked if I could go to his clinic, but he was a specific GP for something and didn't do regular doctory stuff. Anyway. It's actually an amazing service and I will still use it regardless.

Wanting to reset my password so I click the option to do so. I was notified a temp password had been sent to me email to use to log in and from there, I could reset the password to my choice........ yeah so um...... I'm still waiting for this email.

I couldn't advance past the COVID triage stage. The problem is that there is no indication of the format required for the answer to when you were last tested. I have contacted the developer to ask for it to be fixed. Also, this is a place for reviewing the app, not the Dial-A-Doctor service. Some people really are stupid.
