This bank only works within Nepal. This bank does not work in countries other than Nepal. The PIN code and password are always changed.

The bank staff, I don't know who was he exactly, but his position might be digital operations unit in charge Called with his personal number and threaten to send money without my debit consent. He threatened repeatedly for 3 times in short duration [approx 1] hour and periodically freeze, unfreeze her account and forced her to make the transactions. The staff threatened mentioning I has got a police case and blackmailed The staff debited my account without my consent so please be aware before u
