Cards disappear frequently, cards "currently not available", fingerprint authentication feels like erratic behavior

Can't use this app at all. It tells me to set it up, asks for a new password, then asks for a bank - as soon as I pick my bank (or any bank), I am sent back to the "you need to set up this app" start screen. No error message, nothing. Just an endless loop.

Compared to the smooth experience with Google Pay, this app barely works. It repeatedly asks for fingerprint even though phone is unlocked already and then sometimes needs a PIN too. After maybe 3-5 attempts it can finally work, but it is an embarrassment holding everybody up behind me.
