I can't speak on the negative reviews, however, the app works well for me. I unboxed my new vacuum and had it connected to Wi-Fi within 5 minutes.

This is by far THE MOST intuitive app that I have ever used out of all the robot vacuum apps I've used from Tesvor to Dee bot and everything in-between!

App always crashes on first open universally. Other than that it's pretty serviceable.
★★★★★Paul Luppens· Apr 19, 2026
It worked well once I figured out how to connect the unit to Wi-Fi (user error mostly).

Vacuum is awesome! But the APP really needs work. The setting of NO-GO zones is horrible and sometimes doesn't load the map at all. Turning the robot into custom mode was a process that made me wipe my cache 3 x and reboot the app twice. I could tell the app was struggling because it would freeze, the dirt devil splash screen wouldn't load, and it would take a long time to enter the app. This must be fixed if I'm to give the app a better rating. Also, is this a discontinued product?

Doesn't pair using a Samsung.only an iphone. Now, I can't use the app to control vacuum. It's completely useless. It does work without the app. If I press the button

Since they have updated the app, the map doesn't work correctly. I cannot merge rooms. I cannot separate rooms. I cannot delete floor plans that I need to delete. The charging station shifted from where I have it to another complete location. In another room, and now my vacuum is pretty much useless. Because it cleans based off of where it thinks it is and not where it actually is. they need to fix the app.
