Great price and not all the savings stuff at certain times but paying more when you use electricity. When I figured it out, I would have paid a lot more even with the special deals. A flat low-cost rate is better. Their stated savings is on their high rates, not a low cost flat rate. Easy to sign up and pay.

App just crashes and closes when you try and open it. So, can't see or pay a bill. I hope no one's power gets cut off for something out of the customer's control. You would think the company would make a fix a priority, but... VERY unhappy
