Why is it so hard to have English option? In which era is the tech team living? Pathetic!!! If I had known this beforehand, I would not have purchased Drei at all!

Registration on Android is broken. Got no reply on the contact form. Then chat is also broken, because when you change tabs Home/Chat/Setting the chat stops loading. Then you need to close the app and your current conversation is gone with the support agent. There are no logs of all previous chat for the agents to go through, so I have repeated it every time. I'm done with Drei.at, getting a phone number should be easy, not a 4-hour process and hoops to jump through. I'm going to Yessss.

Can't log in to the app anymore, thought I have an account. Even if we assume that I forgot the password (which I didn't), password recovery window says "User not found". Same whether using my email or phone number. What do I pay for? Terrible service Moreover it doesn't provide language selection options

Be careful, Drei can turn you into a perfect victim for the 3rd party Scammers with subscriptions you never knew were made. So you can pay over €100 on your Bill not knowing why. Of course this would be very easy avoidable, but I guess Drei earns provisions from this Scam subscriptions. If only the 3rd Party Services were already blocked when you register with Drei, all this waste of your money could have been avoided. But protecting you and your money is bad for the business.
