Dunedin taxis are a great service to be with they are great how there drivers are always on time.

Sometimes it just doesn't work, you get to the point when pick up and destination have been entered, and the pickup time, then the review page shows, but there is no button visible to then confirm and actually book the taxi...so really it's pretty hopeless most of the time. Also, absolutely no point in using it to book a cab ahead of time, if there are delays, the app bookings appear to be at the end of the list of ones booked...so really may as well keep phoning up.

First thing states booking a taxi via app has no guarantee that a taxi will be booked or arrive. So nah, not keen

No guarantee of a taxi Installed, read the disclaimer that the app may not actually order you a taxi and that the first indicator of this would be a taxi not showing up, so uninstalled. Seems a bit pointless, really.
