With e-vaskeri, your laundry is always right at your fingertips.
E-vaskeri provides a wide range of smart functions that ease daily routines for users of Nortec® laundries. Depending on the specific laundry you use, you can access functions such as “Available”, “Book” and “Spent”.*
The functions “Available” and “Book” eliminate futile trips to the laundry. “Available” gives you a real-time overview of the machines in your laundry, so you can quickly and easily see which machines are available and see when the machines currently in use will finish their cycles. With the “Book” function, you can easily plan your laundry routines so you are always certain that an available machine is waiting for you when you come to the laundry.
*Not all functions are available to all users of e-vaskeri. This will depend on the set-up in your laundry, including the age of the machinery and the payment system used. Please note that some laundries do not use the “Book” function, so in these cases, the function will not be accessible on e-vaskeri. The “Available” function is only accessible in newer smart laundries.

Started using the app today and so far so good. I can see my time remaining, my reservations, etc. I can also see if a machine is out of order, so I don't have to go down for nothing. 😊

Only one thing to improve: when you start your laundry the machine should be blocked to other users during your reserved 2 hours... sometimes I do spin or a short program after the first usage, and it is not nice when other users remove my stuff from the machine thinking that they can start earlier! A simple solution would be adding a command to free the washing machine earlier when you are done :)

It is a good app but I'm having problems with paying with mobile pay on the app. An error page comes up each time I try to pay with Mobile pay even though I try to uninstall/reinstall the app and switch off my phone and turn it on again it still doesn't work for me. I've also tried to log in and out on the app and that doesn't work either.

The app only works when it actually wants to. Today the washer I booked was also booked by someone else at the exact same time despite showing differently on the app. It also didn't register the money I transferred, so I couldn't even wash the second pile of laundry that I had planned on washing since it deletes the booking after 30 mins. This unfortunately happens frequently.

Worst laundromat experience ever. The system is constantly malfunctioning, so the entire building is without washing machines. I have notified Nortec many times, with zero improvement. Can't recommend ever going with Nortec.
