The app will occasionally steal money from you. You can ask for a refund, but only one request at a time. Problem is, I submitted a refund request back in 2023 that was never closed, so just be prepared to be stolen from on occasion.

I would not have used the app if I had known it doesn't sync with the card. Most of our cell phones do not work in our laundry room. Since my cell phone does not work in the laundry room and our card does not work what good is the app? I asked it to show me the busy times for my machines, the graph is empty! So sorry I put money on it. I'm going to look into a refund.

Not working as promised. Dryers are inconsistent. Sometimes I'm being charged $1.75 for 2 min, another time 50 min. Should be 60 min. Contacted company directly., and they are unable to fix the issue.
