Just encountered one time in the past month when the machine took my money. I like that I can monitor and see when the machine is available instead of lugging down my basket for nothing. I would suggest that there be a sound on my phone when the notification comes up as washer/dryer finished. Perhaps it's something that I can adjust in my settings?

Not working as promised. Dryers are inconsistent. Sometimes I'm being charged $1.75 for 2 min, another time 50 min. Should be 60 min. Contacted company directly., and they are unable to fix the issue.

I would not have used the app if I had known it doesn't sync with the card. Most of our cell phones do not work in our laundry room. Since my cell phone does not work in the laundry room and our card does not work what good is the app? I asked it to show me the busy times for my machines, the graph is empty! So sorry I put money on it. I'm going to look into a refund.
