I have just migrated my Ecostrad IQ Ceramic radiator from Smart life to the Ecostrad Ecosystem App, the pairing process was intuitive and clear while the App in general has a warm, colorful feel to it.

Used this app to link my Ecostrad iQ radiator to my Wi-Fi, so I could control the radiator with my phone. What a blessing, as setting up the radiator without it proved to be a bit of a pain. Set the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on and then just follow the clear instructions on the app and everything works fine. Everything boots up again even after a power cut that lasted over 20 hours. Very impressed.

The app is useful for setting a schedule and boosting the heating when returning home. The scheduler allowing 5-minute steps is really nice. It would be nice to see a graph of the energy and cost usage for daily and monthly usage. I contacted support about a bug in the app and got a reply with in 30 minutes saying that they would fix it. You can't beat a good support team.

App is ok but would be nice to be able to see multiple devices' statuses at the same time on the same screen without having to scroll. e.g a green icon for those devices that are on and a red one for those that are off 😀 (I have 7 devices)

App was good to start with, but now it won't scroll through my heaters correctly. Can no longer use the app to adjust heaters. Wrong heater shows up when selected. Glitch won't right itself. Very annoyed. 12 heaters set up. Don't want to start all over again.

If the scheduling worked this would be reasonably good, but unfortunately it doesn't. The radiators don't follow the app schedule. The app does work as a way to turn radiators on/off/boost remotely and to check what temperature they are, but it would be really useful if it had the ability to schedule as it was presumably intended to do, or at the very least, a set time boost so that you don't have to remember to turn them off again.

Refuses to connect. Have two and both fail. Have verified the connection details using other devices. IO ceramic. Am an experienced computer engineer. The app "sometimes" displays a Net Error message and resets the radiator to default setting after failing to connect.
