I recently purchased a subscription worth ₹2000 for a BPSC Dental Test Series app via Google Play. However, even after the payment was successful, the premium content remains locked and shows the same limitations as before. I have contacted the app's support team multiple times with no response, and the issue remains unresolved. Since my exam is approaching (May 2), this delay is seriously affecting my preparation. I kindly request a full refund for this transaction as I am unable to access.
